My Fees
I work at an hourly rate of $60. I do not provide flat fee services at this time. My work is done remotely in the evenings and on weekends.

Here’s what I do. Before contacting me, please take a moment to read through the important note for potential clients below.
Content Writing
I can help you take your ideas and put them into writing. Examples of this would be creating copy for a flyer, handout, worksheet, or article.
Visual Design
Do you already have your words and images? I can help you put them together with a professional polish. I specialize in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and InDesign.
Document Formatting
I can help you format your printed and online documents. Proper document formatting looks good and, more importantly, makes content easier to read. I specialize in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign.
Review & Revisions
Do you already have a product? I can review and revise for design and clarity.
The Process

Consultation
We’ll discuss the scope and timeline of your needs and assess whether we’re a good fit for each other.
2.
Contract & Deposit
We make a written, signed agreement about the work. A deposit is required before work can begin.
3.
Create
We work together on your project.
4.
Final Product & Payment
Once the product is completed, the last deposit is made and then the final product delivered to you.
Important Note for Potential Clients
To avoid conflict with my full-time occupation, I will not accept the following client types at this time:
- Professional training organizations (public, private, or non-profit)
- Local, state, and national government agencies
- Non-profits specific to the healthcare field
I do not accept students as clients.

Everyone else – here are some examples to help clarify this policy:
- Individuals like self-publishers
- Blogs, papers, and magazines
- Small businesses
- Corporate
- Non-profits whose work is unrelated to the healthcare field
